Welcome! This guide will walk you through every feature of MeeshoLabel so you can start saving time and growing your Meesho business. No technical knowledge required — everything is designed to be simple and intuitive.
Go to the Register page and create your account with a username and password. Registration is completely free — no email required, no credit card, no hidden charges.
After registration, you'll be automatically logged in and taken to your dashboard. Next time, just login with your username and password.
MeeshoLabel supports 10 Indian languages! Use the language selector in the top bar to switch to Hindi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam, or Punjabi.
This is the core feature — sort your Meesho shipping labels automatically.
In your Meesho Supplier Panel, go to Orders → Ready to Ship and download all your shipping labels as a single PDF file.
On the MeeshoLabel dashboard, click or drag-and-drop your PDF into the upload area. We accept PDFs of any size — whether you have 10 orders or 1,000.
Hit the Sort Labels button. Our system will analyze every page and sort them by:
You'll see an instant summary showing total orders per courier and per SKU. Download the sorted PDF — it even includes a professional summary page at the end!
Pro Tip: Use the 'Merge PDFs & Sort' feature if you have labels from multiple stores or downloads. Upload 2 or more PDFs and we'll merge + sort them all in one go!
Need to find and pull out specific orders from a large batch? This feature is for you.
From your dashboard, click on 'Go to Order Extraction' or navigate to the Extraction page.
Upload your shipping label PDF, then paste or type the Order IDs you want to extract. You can enter multiple IDs separated by commas, spaces, or new lines.
We'll generate:
Note: You can choose to create a new CSV file or append to an existing one. This is great if you extract orders in multiple batches throughout the day.
Get a clear picture of your Meesho earnings, deductions, and product profitability.
In your Meesho Supplier Panel, go to Payments and download your payment report as an Excel (.xlsx) file.
Navigate to the Payment Overview page and upload your Excel file. Optionally, you can provide your product prices (via JSON file or manual entry) for profit calculation.
You'll get a comprehensive personalized dashboard showing:
Track your daily orders and watch your business grow over time.
Go to Order History → Add Orders. Select the date and enter the quantity for each SKU. If you add orders for the same date and SKU, quantities are automatically summed up.
See all your order history in one place. Filter by date range or specific SKU to analyze trends. View per-SKU totals and grand totals at a glance.
Made a mistake? Click the Edit button next to any date to update quantities. You can also set a quantity to 0 to remove an entry entirely.
